Shipment Rates and Exclusions:

Standard Shipping is free for all orders and ships via USPS or UPS. Expedited Shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

All Satellite Promotions does not offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipment Processing Time:

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note, shipping may be affected by weather conditions.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Rerouting & Cancellations:

If orders are rerouted by the customer, the customer is responsible for a $20 reroute cost. The reroute fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If an order is canceled by the customer while in transit, the customer is responsible for a $20 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
