Return Policy

Returns – Like New, Working Condition:

All products sold come with a 30-day return policy. You may return your product to All Satellite Promotions for a refund of the item’s cost, which will be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. All Satellite Promotions will not honor any returns for refund after 30 days.

Returns must be requested through All Satellite Promotions. Once a return has been requested, we will process your request and email you the return instructions. No returns will be accepted without first contacting All Satellite Promotions.

All products must be in like-new condition without any dents or scratches and returned in the original packaging with all parts and documentation. Failure to do so will result in the product being returned to you or a reduction in the refund amount.

Your original order number must be written on the return label. DO NOT write the order number on the product itself or on the product’s box.

Products must be shipped back via a traceable, insured shipping method of your choice. All Satellite Promotions is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Shipping damage may void the warranty.

Warranty Fulfillment/Manufacturer’s Defect:

DISH Network Receivers:

DISH Network receivers carry a 1-year (365-day) warranty starting from the date of initial activation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Defects arising from misuse by the customer will not be covered. Before requesting a warranty replacement, you must contact DISH Network to ensure the receiver is removed from your account and you are no longer being charged for it. Warranty claims are handled by All Satellite Promotions.

DISH Network receivers under warranty will be exchanged with a remanufactured receiver of the same model. Replacements will be sent only after the defective product has been received and tested.

Advanced Exchanges are available upon request. In this process, a new receiver is ordered and charged to you through All Satellite Promotions. A refund will be processed after the defective receiver has been tested.

King Antennas and Satellite Antennas are warrantied through King Controls. Contact customer service at +1-608-446-1000 for any product-related issues. Please do not contact All Satellite Promotions.

Winegard Antennas:

Winegard Antennas and Satellite Antennas are warrantied through Winegard. Contact Winegard Technical Services at +1-608-446-1000 or email infodesk@allsatellitepromotions.com for any Winegard product-related issues. Please do not contact All Satellite Promotions.

Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE CONTINUING.

TERMS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST Monday – Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST Friday will be processed the following Monday.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Inspect your shipment for any shortages or damage. By signing for the shipment, you accept responsibility for any damage, and no freight claim can be made. If the shipment appears damaged and you still accept it, note this on the Bill of Lading. All Satellite Promotions’ obligation ends when the freight carrier picks up the shipment.

RETURN POLICY: All products sold come with a 30-day return policy. You may return your like-new product to All Satellite Promotions for the cost of the item. Dented or scratched products may incur additional charges. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

WARRANTY: For a full warranty recap, visit All Satellite Promotions and select “Return Policy” or check the product description. Purchasing this product means you agree to All Satellite Promotions’ return and warranty policies.
