When Is My Bill Due?
Payment for the first month of programming is collected during account creation. Subsequent payments are due 25 days after activation. If payment is not received by this date, programming will be disconnected.
Can I Pay for a Partial Month of Service?
No, all payments are for 30 days of service at a time.
How Can I Manage My Account?
You can manage your account online at www.allsatellitepromotions.com by creating an account. The online tool allows you to upgrade, downgrade, make payments, order PPV, and restart your service. Alternatively, you can call 1-608-446-1000 to speak to a representative.
Can I Order Pay-Per-View Programming?
Yes, prepayment is required before viewing. You can make payments by contacting DISH at 1-608-446-1000 or logging into your account at www.allsatellitepromotions.com
How Do I Stop My Service When I No Longer Need It?
- If you have DISH at home and added pay-as-you-go, contact DISH at 1-608-446-1000 to disconnect the pay-as-you-go services.
- If you only have Pay-As-You-Go programming, simply do not pay your next invoice to automatically disconnect your services. If you have auto pay on your account, you must contact DISH to remove it before disconnection.
How Can I Resume Programming After Disconnection?
Contact DISH at 1-608-446-1000 and provide your telephone number or DISH account number to reinstate services and make a payment. You can also log into your DISH account online at www.allsatellitepromotions.com to reinstate and pay for your service.
Can I Have a DVR?
Yes, you can add an external hard drive to turn your Wally or ViP 211 series receiver into a DVR for a one-time setup fee of $40. There are no additional monthly fees for this service.
Can I Add a Hard Drive to My Account After Activation?
Yes, simply connect your hard drive to your set-top box and call DISH at 1-608-446-1000.
Can I Get Another Receiver for My RV?
Yes, but it requires an antenna that supports more than one receiver. Order another DISH Mobile HD receiver (Wally or ViP 211z) from our store. Once received and installed in your RV, contact DISH at 1-608-446-1000 to add it to your existing account. A $5 monthly fee per receiver will apply.
